Shipping & Returns
All retail orders will ship within 2-3 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. We also offer local pickup for our local customers for a delivery fee.
All Wholesale orders will ship 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON WHOLESALE ORDERS. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undelivered will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY in the form of a one-time use gift card (no refunds will be given).
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the date it was delivered to you.
- For items exchanged after 7 days, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.
- Earrings must be NEW, UNWORN, and on the original cards.
- Returns will NOT be accepted for earrings that are damaged due to wear and tear (tears, scuffs, softening of the leather, makeup, etc.)
- Please note: leather can tear. In order to extend the life of your leather and jewelry, please keep them dry. It is important to be gentle with your earrings. Torn earring holes cannot be repaired, nor accepted for returns
- Once we receive your item(s) for return, we will inspect it for use
- If the item does not appear to be used, we will issue you a one-time use gift card.
- We will not cover shipping fees.
- CLEARANCE Items are FINAL SALES - These items can not be returned for store credit.
- Please DO NOT attempt to return an item if the above criteria is not met. Items returned that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way (makeup, or similar product stains) will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- All return charges are at your own expense. We will not cover the shipping fees. We suggest using a service that provides a tracking number.
- Gift Cards issued will not include the original shipping fees as the service was already provided.
- If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 7 days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 7 days of receiving the item then it will no longer qualify for a return.
- Color(s) of items depicted online may differ in person than when viewed on computer screens, smart phones, tablets or other device.
- When you return an item, please include the original receipt in the package and reason for return.
