Please note that holiday shipping will vary depending on the US Postal Service. Shipping is based on weight and will be calculated at checkout.

All shipments will ship within 2-3 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. We also offer local pickup for our local customers for a delivery fee.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undelivered will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.

Earring sizes are measured by height (which includes hardware).
